If you are outside Rogers Vision coverage areas, you can still access all Rogers Vision services (with the exception of Video Calling) from the Rogers GPRS/EDGE network. You may, however, experience a slight difference in video quality and slower browsing and downloading speeds. Video calls can be made from one Rogers Vision phone to another within the Rogers Vision coverage area and are charged in addition to standard airtime minutes. Video Calls will not be deducted from minute buckets included in standard voice plans. In connection with your wireless data service, a Data Early Cancellation Fee (DECF) also applies if, for any reason, your service is terminated prior to the end of your plan’s commitment term (Data Term).
