| Switch to your existing service |

If you already have a GSM phone, you only need to switch your SIM card from your current phone to your new phone.
If you don't already have a GSM phone, you'll need to switch your service online or by calling us at 1-877-462-2691.
Not sure if you have a GSM phone? To check, simply remove your phone's battery. If your phone has a SIM card, then it's a GSM phone.
Now you're ready to switch your service.

Fully charge your new phone's battery.

Make sure that both phones are turned off.

Remove the SIM Card from your old phone and install it in your new phone. Refer to your owner's manual if you need more help completing this step.

Turn on your new phone.

Now you're ready to start using your new GSM phone!

Follow these simple steps to activate your phone*:

Charge your battery: First charge and attach your phone's battery. Refer to your manufacturer's user manual for exact instructions (charge times may vary).

Detach and insert your SIM Card

Make sure you have the following information available to set-up your account:
SIM Card number
Your phone's Serial Number (IMEI). To locate this number, remove the battery from the back of your phone. The number is located on the sticker on the back of the phone.

Call 1-877-462-2691 from your home or office touch-tone phone to activate your service

|
Subscriber Identity Module Card. Also known as a "smart card". A tiny microchip containing subscriber information that is inserted into any GSM Device.
