Where can I find a channel line up with these changes for my area?
In February 2007, new channel line ups will be updated at rogers.com/channels.
Can I receive CNBC, Headline News, and Speed channel without a digital terminal?
CNBC, Headline News, and Speed channel will only be available on the digital platform as of the date in your area mentioned above.
Why are the Channels moving?
As part of Rogers' ongoing commitment to deliver an unparalleled television experience, we are replacing CNBC, Headline News, and Speed Channel in the Ultimate TV Package with Turner Classic Movies, American Movie Classic, and BBC World, a mainstream service with greater audience appeal.
I ordered the Ultimate TV Package solely to view the channels that are moving. If you are moving them to Digital, why am I being forced to continue to pay for the Ultimate Pak when I do not watch any of the channels?
The Ultimate TV Package continues to provide exceptional value at the monthly rate of $22.99* for over 30 channels of popular analog specialty services. Plus, we have added 3 new services, Turner Classic Movies, American Movie Classic, and BBC World, into the Ultimate TV Pak that will appeal to a broader audience.
*The Ultimate TV Pak rate varies by area.
Are my package rates going up due channel realignment?
There are no rate changes associated with the changes to your current package.
Has the CRTC approved the change?
CRTC approval is not required for Rogers to re-align channels or change Tier packaging.
