Thank you for using Self Service.

At Rogers, our efforts are focused on finding ways to serve you better. With this goal in mind, we're pleased to announce that we'll soon be upgrading our Self Service sign-in and adding some new features to make it easier and more convenient to use.

How this upgrade affects you.
Once implemented, Self Service will only allow a single Username for each e-mail address to make it easier for you and to facilitate future system enhancements.

As a registered user with more than one Username and one or more Rogers accounts linked to this e-mail address, please note that the last Username you use to access Self Service before the upgrade will be the one that is transferred to the new system.

All other Usernames will be cancelled but be assured that the information from them will be linked automatically to the transferred Username.
There is no action required by you.
