How to use the Hotspot service

  1. Find a Hotspot near you

  2. Power-up your laptop and search for Hotspot signal. Your laptop will automatically search for a Service Set Identifier (SSID). If you do not this software, please refer to the Rogers Wireless Hotspots User Guide.

  3. Launch your browser and click the "Hotspot" button under "Connect now", or you can click the "Connect" link located under "Welcome".

  4. Within the "Connection Corner" at the top left corner of your browser click Rogers' logo.

  5. Enter your Rogers Wireless phone number and password. If you are connecting to a hotspot for the first time your password will be sent to your Rogers Wireless phone via SMS.

  6. Within the "Connection Corner" at the top left corner of your browser click Rogers' logo.
