CALL MANAGER

Call Manager is an exciting new product from Rogers Wireless which allows you to set up usage rules for any/all the wireless devices on your account. Now you can provide additional employees with the flexibility and benefits of a wireless device and have the ability to limit usage and increase budget certainty!

You can quickly and easily create usage rules on-line based on:
  • of the day (hours of operation or on-call hours)
  • day of the week (work days & non work days)
  • specific dates (quarter end, holidays or peak sales days)
  • or even which area codes or specific phone numbers are allowed

Imagine the peace of mind you'll get when you provide your employees with a critical business tool allowing them to better manage their time and be in closer contact with their staff, customers and you - while also ensuring they are using the device according to your policies!

For example: You can apply up a set of rules so your employee's phone can not make or receive calls after your determined hours of operation except to call you, their supervisor or a key contact.

You'll have complete flexibility in setting up control over how the phone is used - and you get to add this feature to any of our popular handsets - which makes you & your staff happy!

  • Call Manager is $5/month for every phone number you'd like to set up rules for.
You can quickly and easily create usage rules on-line based on:

  2. Sign in to rogers.com, click "Manage my Wireless Services", then "Update Wireless Essentials" and select Call Manager

The $5 monthly charges are billed to each line to be monitored in the account. Usage rules can only be applied to incoming and outgoing voice calls and sent text messages. Emails, downloads, navigate mobile internet usage, other data services and incoming text messages are not controlled by Call Manager and will still be available to the user. Calls to and from 9-1-1 will remain possible at all times and can not be restricted through Call Manager. Some foreign networks do not support Call Manager. You will continue to be charged the monthly free for the Call Manager service whether or not you have Call Manager rules active on your wireless services. It is your responsibility to ensure that the Call Manager service is properly set up for your use.
