Calling Features

We offer a broad range of calling features to help you get the most from your existing resources:

  • Calling Line ID - Delivers the telephone number of an incoming caller
  • Calling Name ID - Delivers the name of an incoming caller, for easy identification
  • Direct Inward Dial - Allows individuals to have their own unique telephone numbers
  • Inward Numbers - Allows multiple telephone numbers to terminate on the same PRI
  • Route Traffic Manager - Provides flexible sizing controls over virtual trunk groups
  • Inward Route Labeler Translations instructions on inbound services (digital manipulation)
  • Overflow - Allows the PRI to 'overflow' from/to another PRI or to analog services, if call volumes exceed trunk group limits
  • DS3 Channelizer - Channelizes a DS3 into 28 DS1s
  • PSTN Connectivity - Allows bi-directional access (either local or long distance)
  • Toll Free Links - Allows toll free access only
  • Two-B Channel Transfer (TBCT) - Allows you to transfer calls to another PSTN without tying up two channels (great for call centre applications)
