TRANSFER your domain name
Transferring your domain name or website to Rogers has never been so easy.
Before transferring your domain:
Contact your existing registrar to determine if your:
- Domain name is locked (you will need to ensure your domain is unlocked by your current provider in order to transfer it to Rogers).
- Administrative contact information is updated.
Start the process:
- Click on the “Start Transferring Your Domain” link below to proceed
- Check the box labelled "Transfer your domain registration to Rogers and add one year to your domain registration. Click "continue.”
- Follow the prompts to start the transfer process.
What happens next:
- We’ll send you an e-mail containing a link to an identity verification page.
- Once we verify your identity and confirm that you are the domain's rightful owner, we’ll contact your current registrar to request the release of your domain.
- The entire process typically takes 7 to 10 days.
