Support Center is a web-based account management tool for customer administrators. It allows you to manage your users' accounts and to reset a user's password if lost or forgotten.
iRoam is a web service which can retrieve your files from the Data Secure Backup server. You can access iRoam at home or while travelling by using an Internet-connected computer and web browser. You will need your username and password to access this service -- iRoam requires Microsoft® Internet Explorer.
