Rogers Shared Operations (RSO) is the shared services organization of Rogers Communications Inc. accountable for a number of activities that are carried out on an enterprise level for all of the business units that make up the Rogers group of companies.
RSO is comprised of the following four divisions:
Customer Care: Accountable for building and operating the first line customer call centres on behalf of Rogers Communications, Rogers Cable and Rogers Wireless.
Information Technology: Accountable for developing and managing all enterprise wide IT environments and infrastructure.
Real Estate: Accountable for real estate development, acquisition and property management.
Procurement: Overall accountability for all procurement throughout the Rogers group of companies.
