For many years, Rogers has been a significant sponsor of industry events such as the Vancouver International Film Festival, the Atlantic Film Festival, and the Banff World Television Festival.

In Vancouver, Rogers is Premier Sponsor of the Vancouver Film and Television Forum, a three day conference geared towards the professional development of the Canadian film and television community, as well as sponsor of the Opening Night Gala at the Festival.

At the Atlantic Film Festival in Halifax, Rogers has forged an ongoing partnership with the Festival as a Platinum Partner and Title Sponsor of Rogers Presents’, a series of special screenings throughout the Festival.

Rogers is proud to be a sponsor of the Banff World Television Festival. This annual forum is dedicated to the development of creative and business opportunities for the more than 1400 delegates from Canada and around the world who regularly attend this important industry event.
 
 Rogers Writers' Trust Fiction Prizes
 
Since 1997, Rogers has sponsored the Rogers Writers' Trust Fiction Prize. Administered by the Writers' Trust of Canada, the $15,000 prize is awarded to an outstanding Canadian work of fiction, as determined by jury from the literary community.

The winner of the 2007 Rogers Writers' Trust Fiction Prize was Lawrence Hill for The Book of Negroes.

 Rogers Wireless Movie Night
 
Rogers Wireless hosts "Rogers Wireless Movie Night" at the Manitoba Children's Museum. Held every Saturday night from September until April and every second Saturday night from May to August, families are invited to watch movies together at the museum. The movies are donated by Rogers Video.
