Order Fulfillment

Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order. Please keep this e-mail as it is your sales receipt for products and/or services ordered, as well as being your order confirmation number. If your order has to be shipped, you will also receive a Shipping Notification e-mail. This will include your order tracking number once the item has been shipped and information on how you can check the status of your order online.

Shipping Information

Wireless Product(s)

All shipments containing wireless product(s) are delivered by UPS.
Orders can ONLY be accepted for Canadian addresses
We cannot accept shipping addresses with P.O. Boxes
All items purchased before 3:00pm EST Monday to Friday, will be delivered within three business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to addresses across Canada
Orders are delivered Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm local time. If no one is available to receive the package, you will receive a yellow UPS InfoNotice sticker confirming that a delivery attempt was made. UPS will make 3 delivery attempts (on business days) and will leave a yellow InfoNotice sticker on each attempt. After the 3rd attempt, you will receive a postcard with instructions on how to collect your package from your local UPS depot. For this reason, please ensure the shipping address you provide us, is an address where someone is there to sign and take delivery of the package(s)

Tracking your order is fast and simple. For Wireless orders, go to the UPS Web site at http://www.rogers.com/ups then enter your tracking number (sent to you in the Shipping Notification e-mail) in the "Track" box provided and click "Track".

If you have any questions about the status of your delivery after three business days, you can also contact UPS directly at 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877).

Blue Jays Merchandise

All shipments, containing Blue Jays Product(s), are delivered by FedEx.

Pricing

All prices listed are in Canadian dollars.
Payment must be made using a valid credit card or by charging your purchase to an eligible Rogers account.
Valid credit cards include Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of purchase. While all orders are checked for accuracy before leaving the warehouse, it is your responsibility to review the contents of your order when received. If you find any discrepancies with your order, you have 21 days from the date of purchase to report any such discrepancies; otherwise Rogers will assume no responsibility thereafter. All returns must be sent back as described in the documentation included with your order, and cannot be returned to any of our retail locations.

A return form will be included with your order for items such as phones, pagers and accessories. Full instructions are included on the paper copy of the return form. Fill in the paper copy of the form and return it along with the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals and promotional material (i.e. gift cards, coupons, etc). Some orders may have also included bonus/promotional items (i.e. Gift Certificates). These items MUST also be returned with your order. If these bonus/promotional items are NOT returned, a fee equal to the value of the bonus/promotional item may be charged to your credit card or Rogers Account.

You will receive an e-mail within five business days of us receiving your returned item(s), confirming receipt and the refund made to your credit card or Rogers account, as applicable. Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping charges when returning your rogers.com purchase.

Cancelling an Order

If you would like to cancel your Cellular, Messaging/Paging, Cable or Internet service, please call the number on your return form. If you are cancelling your cellular or messaging service within 30 days of the purchase date or 30 minutes, you will only be charged for any airtime usage above 30 minutes plus any long distance charges and applicable taxes on these charges. If you are cancelling your cellular service after the first 30 days of purchase or after 30 minutes of usage, an early cancellation fee may apply if you have a subscription to a one or two-year term.

Warranty

All new products are warranted for a period of up to twelve (12) months (unless otherwise noted in the manufacturers documentation included with your product) from the original date of purchase provided that products are free from workmanship or material defect caused by misuse. Refurbished products are warranted for up to 120 days (in some cases the warranty period may be 90 days - details will be included with your product purchase).

If a problem occurs with your cellular phone, messaging/paging device or hardware accessories after 30 days from the date of purchase, please contact a Rogers dealer location. Dealers will require proof of purchase (this is the letter that comes with your order and is stamped "Proof of Purchase") for qualification of warranty. To find a store near you, click here
